RUTS Christmas Appeal for The Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home

Stuart Harland is raising money for Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home

RUTS Christmas Appeal for The Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home · 6 December 2021

An animal’s love just keeps going and going and going. It’s unconditional and unlimited. That’s why we take the same approach with everyone who comes through our doors, four legs or two.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

As part of an employability project a group of young people aged 16+ came together with an idea to fundraise for a local charity. This forms part of an SQA qualification in personal development which focussed on the planning, design and implementation of a charity campaign to raise funds for the Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home.

The group decided on a design which was produced by our talented trainee Demi and from this they decided to turn the design into a pin badge and stickers to help promote the cause.

The team will be at Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh on Monday the 13th between 11am and 2pm to help with donations offline but also hope to promote the cause online for virtual donations.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
