We raise awareness and funds to support SOCH ('Serenje Outreach for Children’s Help') so that SOCH may provide care and educational opportunities for disadvantaged children (vulnerables, street kids, children with disabilities). Creating self-sustainability for SOCH is a key target for our charity.

Story

I am taking part in a project to raise money for the day to day running of the ‘Serenje Orphans School Home’ in Zambia, this is the orphanage which was founded by our colleague Kevin Gilbert, and which is supported here at CdL by students in ZOA (Zambian Orphans Appeal).

As part of this project a group of teachers and children will be cycling around Lac Leman on the 19th and 20th of June, a trip of 190km.

It costs 50 Swiss Francs to sponsor one child for one month so I don't really have a target, just to sponsor as many kids as I can.

Have a look at the orphanage website. http://www.zoaonline.org/ 100% of the money raised will go directly towards the actual running of the orphanage.

The kids at the School and I thank you in advance for your donations.
