My names Ryan and I'm 28 from Andover in Hampshire. At the beginning of the year I weighed in at 31 stone 7 pounds. 

This rapidly needs to change for obvious health reasons and this year is the year. I've decided that I'm going to lose as much weight as I can before NYE and raise as much money as I can at the same time! 

With the help of Andy Lavery from "Andover Martial Arts And Fitness Centre" and my beautifiul wife Siobhan I am in good hands and plan to exceed expectations!!

Not only will this help a very worthy cause it'll also give me extra motivation to succeed
