This idea started off as a joke between a couple of my mates, but then after a pretty heavy night we all ended up agreeing to it. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we realised we could actually do some good and decided to run it for a bunch of different charities. We started training in the new year (so definately arent going to break any records), its been challenging going from no running, or any heavy cardio for that matter, up to weekly half marathons and marathons. Everyone in the team has really shown pretty extraordinary determination and dedication; I can't wait to enjoy what will inevitably be the most disappointing pizza I have ever eaten with them all. 

Engineering without borders are an amazing organisation; they develop permanent solutions to problems in povety stricken areas which pave the way for inhabitants to live a better life. I would encourage anyone to take a look at their website to get a better idea of what they do.
