National 3 Peaks (sub 24hrs) Challenge · 17 May 2014 to 19 May 2014 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

If you could please dig deep and donate as much as you can it would be greatly appreciated. The Prince's Trust is a great charity which changes the lives of disadvantaged young people everyday by giving them practical and financial support so lets raise as much as we can for them!

The Challenge will involve climbing the 3 highest mountains in the UK all within a 24 hour time period. They are as follows:

1)      Ben Nevis (Scotland) – 10.5 miles & 1,352 meters of ascent

2)      Scafell Pike (England) – 6 miles & 989 meters of ascent

3)      Snowdon (Wales) – 7 miles & 732 meters of ascent

In total it is a journey of nearly 10,000 feet of ascent and over 22 miles in distance.

I thought I would have learnt my lesson after Tough Mudder but clearly not :)
