So after a few chats with Pete Booth and a few phone calls.

We’ve set ourselves a massive challenge to kayak the whole navigational Stretch of the River Nene to the Wash in order to raise money for a charity which is close to our hearts.

We set this challenge so it’s pushes us past physical and mental barriers. 

A team did 66 miles in three days, we have decided to push that little bit more and do 88 miles in three days.

Within the first 66 miles we are also going to have to negotiate 38 lock systems then the remaining miles are tidal. We will also encounter all the holiday boat traffic that will be on the river which means we will have to make this time up.

We hope to raise a large amount of money for the charity so we need to go large on the coverage of this challenge so any ideas and support on how to achieve this would be greatly received
