Hi,
First of all thank you for taking time to read this.
This as many know is a massive charity for ourselves and my good friends Cal and Joel. Sadly on the 10th of October 2017, the unthinkable happened which saw the passing of our much loved Julie Ward pass away.
A mum, friend and family member who was loved by so many. Never would there be a time she wouldn't have time for a certain somebody. As Callum and Joel so rightly put it "one in a million".
I could be here all day explaining how much of an amazing woman she was, there is simply not enough words given in this to be able to write it all. But i'm sure if you had the pleasure to know Julie, you would completely understand where i'm going with it.
So next year Callum, Joel, Ryan and Carl will all be running the Colour Rush 5k in Sheffield on the 30th of June 2018!
This is a fun, exciting 5k run all packed with everything which Julie would want us to do, just have fun and have a smile on our faces!
St Luke's Hospice had a massive impact on the treatment, comfort and dealing with everything for Julie at the time of her illness. They were purely fantastic. Which is why we want to raise funds for them to continue support like they did for Julie.
