Dear family and friends 

I decided to sign up for the Loch Ness Etape cycle, a 66 mile cycle around Loch Ness (including a 5 mile hill........but I'm trying not to think  about that bit!) as a fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

No doubt we have all been touched by cancer  somewhere in our lives - either ourselves, or our families or friends.  So I would really appreciate you  supporting my fundraising.  Thank you.
