Next Sunday I am taking part in this year's Nottingham 10k run, raising money for Nottinghamshire Deaf Society, where my wife Jo works.

I've not been running for several weeks due to getting over covid, but after a couple of test runs I've decided to go for it!  

Before I caught covid I'd hoped to challenge myself to complete it in under an hour this year (my 2019 time was 1:08:11) - I'm still hoping to achieve that if I can.  So, if you would like to encourage me along I'd really appreciate any donations, no matter how small - it will make a big difference to supporting deaf people in Nottinghamshire.
