I decided to take part in the white collar event for the health benefits both physically and mentally. Previously I have struggled with mental health as well as others in my family. Along with amazingly supportive friends, family, fiancée and counsellor, fitness was a huge component in overcoming this. 

Mind looks to help those struggling and I feel men’s mental health specifically is overlooked, therefore I am hoping to raise awareness whilst competing in this event.
