This year hasn't started too well as we lost our family matriarchal figure to cancer.

A mother, a nan, a grandma and a great grandma who will never be forgotten.

She described the hospice as a 5 star hotel with drugs and whiskey that was run by angels and her last few days couldn't have been happier.

Words cannot describe the care the staff gave her and we will be eternally grateful. The support they gave all of us when we were there was second to none so the least we can do is walk over a bit of glass for them as they did more than that for us

Lisa and I want to raise £200 for this event but there will be many more throughout the year
