Scotty’s Little Soldiers is a charity dedicated to supporting children & young people who have experienced the death of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces. A range of programmes are provided to support their bereavement needs, well-being, education and development.

6 personnel from 17 EOD&S Squadron are taking part in the UK national 3 Peaks Challenge on the 27th October 21 to 28th October 21. This will consist of starting to Summit Ben Nevis at 0800 on 27th October 21 passing through Scafell Pike and to finish descending Snowdon at 0800 the next day 28th October 21. We see this as a challenge that fits in well with our job role and maintaining while challenging our physical and mental robustness. 

You will be able to follow our event through various social media pages and it will be tracked by Strava. 

Please give what you can as it will all be going to a very good cause.

Inspired by the experience of Army widow Nikki Scott following the death of her husband Cpl Lee Scott in Afghanistan in 2009, the charity is currently providing assistance to hundreds of bereaved Forces children around the UK.
