We are taking part in the Hospice at Home Step up to the Plate Walk on Saturday 1th September to raise money for Hospice at Home.

About the charity

We provide high quality care and support for adults who have palliative and end of life care needs, whilst also supporting their families/carers. The aim is to provide care and support which will improve their quality of life and facilitate a peaceful and dignified death within the patients home.
