I love yoga and truly understand the incredible healing benefits of this practice. So I wanted to host a donation basis Bikram yoga class on Wednesday, December 30 @ 5PM UK, to raise money for UK mental health charity, Mind.
The class will be the traditional 90 minutes, 26 & 2 asana sequence, followed by 15 minutes of deep relaxation/meditation infused with reiki energy. It is open to anyone, all levels who want to participate. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring water and a mat and a spirit of abundance. I will keep it light, fun and focused.
This pandemic is taking a great toll on people's general wellbeing and if there is anything I can do to help people stay strong, healthy and in good spirits, then I'm up for it. So please join me and contribute even a small amount whilst we share positive energy.

ABOUT SAM MAGEE
Sam did the Bikram teacher training in 2003, Los Angeles and then returned to London to become a full-time teacher and dedicated practitioner. Since then she has gone on to train and teach many different styles of yoga including baby and children’s, pre/postnatal, vinyasa and aerial, as well as leading Bikram Advanced classes for years. She has also been a judge many times for both UK and European Yoga Asana championships. She is a Reiki Master and healer. She has written a couple of yoga books and contributed to Yoga Magazine and other wellbeing publications.
She has been fortunate to have trained with some amazing, internationally recognised teacher including Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury, Richard Freeman, David Swenson, Dharma Mittra, Sir Edward Clarke, Max Strom, Dev Kapil, Chris Chavez and Sarah Powers and many more.
Sam’s approach to teaching and practicing is about imparting the knowledge and techniques for students to grasp the fundamental and advanced concepts of asana practice and the inspiration to embrace and enjoy the journey as it develops. She believes in, practices and teaches soul-based yoga.
