Story

Welcome to the fundraising page for Staples2Naples team 23 'Team Gobsmacked' AKA 'the poor souls who chugged down to Naples in an Austin Allegro last year'...

Team Gobsmacked comprises of Keith Adams - and another poor soul, who is yet to be determined - and we're now considered to be S2N veterans, as we did 2004 in a Rover 216GTi and last year in the Allegro. This year, we decided to go first class...

Our car was donated to us by www.jagbreakers.org, and our attempt at the event will be publicised in the magazines Classic Car Weekly and Jaguar World Monthly.

So far, the car has been running absolutely sweetly, and we're looking forward to stretching the old girl's legs on the way to Italy, while raising money for a fantastic cause.

If you'd like to follow our preparations online, check out, http://www.austin-rover.co.uk/s2n06indexf.htm on the austin-rover website.

Please Dig deep and sponsor us - because the more money we make, the more good it will do. We'll keep all sponsors up to date via the austin-rover website.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
