Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Dear friends

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last November my friend Rachel Evans- Milne died of Motor Neuron Disease (MND) at the age of 44 having been diagnosed two years previously. Rachel left behind her husband Al and her two young children Robin and Hamish, Dominik's friends.

On Saturday 30th October, Al and Hamish are organising a fundraising event in Preston Park with the aim to cycle the dystance from Land's end to John O'Groat and back in one day and raising money for MNDA (Motor Neurone Disease Association).

Dominik and I will be joining the event, setting our target at 50 loops around the cycling track and raising £150.00.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

We would really appreciate if you could sponsor us.

With our best wishes

Sabine and Dominik
