Story
Hey guys, so I'm taking part in my first ever challenge for an incredible charity who I also have the privilege of working for.
🚁💙 I’m taking on the Run 31 challenge throughout the whole month of January to support Kent, Surrey, Sussex Air Ambulance – a truly lifesaving charity. We are an independent charity, mostly reliant on donations from people like you.
Our helicopters are flying emergency rooms. When there’s a life-or-death call, we bring specialised doctors, paramedics and treatment to the scene, fast. And we don’t stop 24/7, 365 days a year. Life-threatening emergencies can happen to anyone, anywhere. On the road. On the beach. In a park. So we go there, fast, and treat people where they are. Our specialised crew can perform open heart surgery on the side of a road, blood transfusions, emergency anaesthetic to name a few.
Every second counts when saving lives, and this incredible team are there when we need them most, fighting for survival in critical emergencies. You never know when you or someone you love might need their help.
What’s the challenge?
I’ll be running (or walking) 31 miles throughout January—that’s just one mile a day! Every step I take will help KSS continue their lifesaving work, responding to emergencies and saving lives across our region.
But I can’t do it alone! Your support can make a huge difference. Please donate to this amazing cause and help ensure they can keep flying and saving lives when every second counts.
💪 Together, we can help make every mile matter. Thank you! ❤️
Your support could be used for:
💉 £31 could buy an access kit, used for vital drips and medication.
🫁 £20 could buy four vital valves that help prevent lung collapse.
❤️🩹 £10 could buy three catheters used to stop wounds in the heart.
Your support will literally help save lives ❤️ Thank you so much in advance for your donation 🤗
Sabz x
