I am entering into a charity boxing match on the 25th of November. I have no previous boxing experience and those who know me, will know this is not something I would typically do!

I have decided to choose Great Ormand Street Hospital Children's Charity as they are a charity that have a big space in my family's heart.

They supported my niece following her premature birth. Lilly was born at 24 weeks. When she was born, she weighed less than a bag of sugar and was no bigger than your hand. She spent most of the first year of her life battling with complications following her premature birth. Without the brilliant support of our local hospital and Great Ormand Street, she would not be the brilliant minded, young woman she is today. 

A few weeks before my fight she will be turning 17 and quite honestly I can't believe it. My fight will be dedicated to all the people who ensured that she made it to the place she is today. I am so grateful to all the people involved and I am equally grateful to you, just for taking the time to read this, regardless of a donation. 

I hope to bring a well fought victory with me, but as a minimum, I will be just as proud to bring some funding into a well deserving charity.
