I am cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats as it is something I have always wanted to do. I enjoy cycling as it gives me a lift when I am sad and this is a goal I have wanted to do my whole life. Many people say I'm mad for doing it, however you all think I'm mad at what I do anyway! 

Mental Health Research UK is a charity that helps fund research into a variety of mental health disorders. Having been touched by friends and family on their personal life struggles I am keen to see more research into the underlying causes of mental health illness.

So to keep me motivated for the miles of pedalling, I have a aim to raise a pound for each mile I complete (1000 miles) so every donation is greatly appreciated!
