On the 15th of September 2012, I will be rowing from Radley College in OXFORD to Kingston Grammar Boatclub in HAMPTON COURT - a course consisting of 29 locks and 80 blistering miles, in just 2 days! In total we will be in the boat and on the water for an estimated 26-28hrs.
You must be thinking why I would put myself through this torture. Although its going to be an extremely tough challenge, Cancer has always been something I've wanted to help with. I believe it's important to research these blood cancers. You never know when or how cancer is going to touch your life. 50% of the money we raise will be donated to Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. The other 50% will be going towards KGS's New Boat Club . Rowing has played an important part over the last two years of my life. I want to help raise money and give back to our school community!
