Embark on the journey of a lifetime! The Makkah to Madinah Cycle Challenge is an unforgettable adventure covering over 500km through the sacred lands of Saudi Arabia—all in aid of Maternity Care in Gaza

Story

I will be raising funds for mothers and babies in Gaza for an Islamic Relief Gaza Maternity Project.

This maternity charity project is Zakat eligible, or you can give sadaqa towards it.

My heart hurts a little less knowing that other mothers and their babies can live.

As conditions rapidly deteriorate amid this latest escalation in hostilities, Islamic Relief remains steadfast in our determination to assist Palestinian families. Working closely with our local partners, we are distributing essential items to affected families.

Since October 2023, we have provided over £30 million worth of aid and delivered over 58 million hot meals.

This winter, I am challenging myself to take on a 550km cycle through the sacred lands of Saudi Arabia all with the aim of is supporting a Maternity project in As Sahaba Hospital in Gaza City and Khair Hospital in Khan Younis.

This project aims to:

- Provide birthing services for pregnant women (caesarean or natural birth)

- Provide post natal medical kits

- Provide post natal hygiene Kits

You can support:

- £70 can provide a food package for a new Mother

- £115 can provide medical service for pregnant mothers

- 1 pregnant or breastfeeding mothers - £500

Please donate now towards this cause and share my page so we can support the resilience and ensure the survival of the next Palestinian generation!
