The Saffron Group invite you to join millions of Muslims around the world by fasting for one Day on Friday 30th April.  Join your Muslim friends and colleagues and experience a day in Ramadhan. We'll take you through the journey and provide you with an insight into fasting and Ramadhan.

A big part of Ramadhan for Muslims is giving in charity to those less fortunate. By fasting for one day we want you to take part in the act of giving.

Last year we raised over £10k for NHS Charities Together. This year our chosen charity is Young Minds. Mental Health has affected a lot more people during COVID and we want to help raise awareness and support a fantastic charity working with young people. 

You can choose any charity of your choice when you fast4oneday but if you want to support our chosen charity please share this page.
