In  Nov 21 Debbie was diagnosed with Cancer.  Thankfully after having surgery she was given “the all clear”.  Although Debbie is a regular fundraiser for PH she wanted to do something a little bigger than her usual… so why not Trek part of the Sahara, something totally out of both Debbie & Celia’s comfort zone!

Celia has been a great support to Debbie and became very excited about joining her to support raising funds for such a great charity.

Prospect Hospice costs just under £8m/year to run, approximately £6m of this is through fundraising.

Through the experience that Debbie has had, this has highlighted the importance of Prospect Hospice.

No one plans the need of Hospice support until the end of life, but PH is there and will support -which is why fundraising is so important.
