Wootton Rivers is a pretty village in Wiltshire, with a population of around 200 and a  church has existed on the present site for over 900 years.  St Andrew's was rebuilt in 1861, but incorporating features and materials from the old church.  It is actively supported by residents to this day.

Maintenance of historic churches such as ours is very important and the Wiltshire Historic Churches Trust makes an invaluable contribution to the cost of refurbishment to achieve this objective. Currently St Andrews is having its roof repaired for which we have been very generously supported by our parishioners but to reach our target additional funding has been needed, including a donation from the Trust.  

Our Walk and Ride this year will be calling at 12 of the churches in the Vale of Pewsey over a distance of 18 miles.
