My intention was to raise funds and awareness following my own Transplant, but because I require a triple/quadruple transplant and my general health is poor, the likelihood of receiving three/four organs and surviving the surgery is unlikely.  I have  wonderful Consultants at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and incredible community support who will keep me going as long as they can and I intend to "go out" like a "Rocket" and not a "Sparkler"!  So anything I can raise for MOTS will be my lasting legacy for future transplantees and their families.
