On 14th November 2013 my sister and her husband tucked their beautiful little boy Yianni into bed, read him a story, told him they loved him and kissed him good night. Yianni didn't wake up the next morning, he passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I will never understand why. Yianni was 16 months old, he was a joyful spark, full of life, raring to learn and always having fun. He will always be in my heart and I will always love and miss him.

The Lullaby Trust works to support bereaved families like mine after the loss of a loved little one. They also fund research to help find out why these terrible things happen, so that in the future they can be prevented.
