On the 8th February 2014 i lost my Auntie to this awful illness... She was amazing and strong and always had a smile or a text to tell you things were "fine". 

So - on the 24th May 2014 i am going out of my comfort zone and taking part in the Cancer Research Pretty Muddy in Sunderland - this involves both running and mud !!! Not my two favorite things - but compared to what my Auntie and other amazing people have gone through or going through this is nothing .........
