Talked into doing the Tough Mudder North West for Claire House by my good friend Tracey Walker who tells me to go big or go home -so it's the full 10 miles for us! :) 

All for such a good cause, Claire House is an amazing place and a couple of friends have relied on it in their time of need. If anyone has a few spare pennies to donate it would be very much appreciated.
