Sally's 12 days of Christmas Challenge

I'm fundraising again to try and complete my mission of raising a total of £2,000 for my local hospital charity, Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity, (previously Above & Beyond). So far I have raised £1,300 by running the Bristol 10k in September, but I've now set myself the challenge of running the 12 days of Christmas - so 1k, 2k, 3k, etc, up to 12k - a total of 78k!
It's going to be extremely tough and I'll be starting on Christmas Day, but I'm doing this for a fantastic project - a Transport Incubator for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Over 800 babies are treated at St Michael's Hospital each year and some of whom are the most severely unwell children in the country, including those transferred from other hospitals to receive NICU’s specialist care.
My daughter Margot was born at St Micheal's Hospital in May 2018, and luckily she was born without any complications. The staff were incredible, particularly when Margot's heart rate started to drop, they worked in a calm and reassuring manner - I will never forget my amazing birthing experience.
I'm so grateful for all the staff working tirelessly for people in our Bristol community, and this is my way of saying thank you and doing something great to help other babies and parents who need our support.
So please support me today, your donation means so much to me and my family, Sally xx
