Story
My mum was diagnosed with dementia at the age of 64 and it was heartbreaking as she was so young. She’s deteriorated so much over the past 3 years and if it wasn’t for the lovely people over at the Alzheimer’s Society and the vital role they play in guiding and informing us about what we need to do and the services that are available, it would’ve been so much harder.
Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
We’re hoping to raise as much money as we can so that the Alzheimer’s Society can continue to help and support families just like us. Thank you for your donations.
