I will be jogging 31km in March for Refuge. On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Thank you!

I have been privileged to work with a number of inspiring woman and children who have been affected by domestic abuse and to have been a small part of their journeys. 

It’s no marathon but it’s a timely challenge for me after having stopped running for a while, and coming just as I start a new job on 28th February. To many, it might seem a small challenge to take on but if any amount of money I raise can contribute to this brilliant cause, I’ll be delighted.
