Story

My Mum, Janet  and her two sisters, Lesley and Diana were all diagnosed with meningioma brain tumours.

I am participating in this walk because I'm incredibly proud of my Mum and all that she has endured since first being diagnosed in 2008.

My mum and my daughter Emily are joining me in the walk and we want to raise awareness of this devastating disease.

If you are able to donate whatever amount, we will truly be grateful.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
