In August 2021 we lost the wonderful Jacob, who touched many lives in his short time earth side and left many beautiful memories with all of us. His battle with cancer was a demonstration of courage and resilience. We are walking a half marathon to raise money for Macmillan in memory him, to remember his passion for love and nature.
