As a lot of you will know, I (Sally) have a terrifying fear of speaking in front of an audience and I can't sing for toffee. Those who have worked with me will have seen me clam up in presentations and I bet none of you will have seen me get up in front of an audience since school. 

So, I've taken the completely rational decision to volunteer myself and Chris Head to take part in a 12hr karaoke marathon on the 24th March in aid of my friend Jasmine Rowe's charity "All Change Arts" which encourages the use of arts in the development of communities throughout London. 

The idea is terrifying me, so to help ease my stress and make it all worthwhile, please sponsor me. Every little makes a huge difference to this small independent charity, so please don't make me do this for nothing.
