Nick Smith and Christopher Smith are cycling from Land's End to John O' Groats in under a week (averaging approx. 120 miles per day) to raise much needed funds for Thorpe Hall, a Sue Ryder hopsice in Peterborough that needs to raise over £1 million in 2007.

On the 28th July 2005 Nick's Mum, Sally, died in Thorpe Hall after a long fight with breast cancer that had spread to her brain and other areas.  Sally fought incredibly bravely and without the kind care of the nurses and staff at Thorpe Hall things would have been even harder than they were.
