It is that time again when we join the Walk for Wards to raise some money for NHS Charities in Sussex. It is something that I have done with my mum over the last few years (quite a few years) and more recently have been joined by friends. I myself have benefitted on more than a couple of occasions in the last 20 years from Health in Mind who also benefit from donations from this. Looking forward to being a part of it again. 

Help Heads On raise vital funds for people with mental health problems to help fund special projects, activities and equipment across Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.To celebrate the NHS 75th Birthday, we have created new routes of either 7.5km or 15km. Virtual event this year.
