Sarah touched so many peoples lives with her witty sense of humour and her lovely smile. She inspired those around her with her courage and strength. Sarah never complained about having CF.

The CF team at Kings College Hospital are incredible. They supported and treated Sarah for 29 years and we are so thankful for the memories we were able to share with her.

We would like to raise money for CF to help find a cure and for better treatment. The money will also help to support families with CF and to help CF patients have a better quality of life.
