I'm taking the plunge and cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats over the course of a fortnight and I'm hoping to raise some money for the MS Society whilst I'm at it. Grateful to a number of mates who have agreed to accompany me throughout. The itinerary (lockdown permitting):

8th June - Taunton to Bristol

9th June - Bristol to Hereford

10th June - Hereford to Shrewsbury

11th June - Shrewsbury to Chester

12th June - Chester to Milnthorpe

13th June - Milnthorpe to Carlisle

14th June - Carlisle to Innerleithen

15th June - Innerleithen to Edinburgh

16th June - Edinburgh to Pitlochry

17th  June - Pitlochry to Craggiemore

18th June - Craggiemore to Altnaharra

19th June  - Altnaharra to John O' Groatz
