Adderstone Foundation have very kindly offered to match fund the money raised up to £300. All the proceeds will go directly to the Rosemere Cancer Foundation.

Due to injury, I have included the Great Scottish Swim as an additional challenge as it may not be possible to compete in the Great North Run. I am participating in these events to raise money and recognition for the Rosemere Cancer Foundation and the outstanding work it does. Most of you will know the close connection I have with the Rosemere. The Foundation currently treats Dad through his illness and has done for many years so this is one way of giving back.
