Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was meant to be taking on the tough mudder challenge but sadly it was cancelled due to the council revoking the permit to host the even the day before the event.

Now me and my friends have decided to run the Scottish half marathon in September to make up for it.

I’m doing this challenge to raise money and awareness for alzheimer's Scotland. In memory of my Nanny who suffered from this disease and sadly passed away earlier this year on her 86th birthday.

Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia in the UK.

Dementia  is a syndrome associated with an ongoing decline of brain functioning. It can affect memory, thinking skills and other mental abilities.
