Did someone say Frank's Cafe is the real London landmark? Well, guess what? Team Carpo are taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon, and you bet we chose this race for the love of Frank's (our family cafe)!

The Carpo squad (Sammy, Danny, Matty, and Jessie) are hitting the pavement together for the FIRST time EVER! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Why? Well, our superhero dad is bravely facing stage IV kidney cancer at St. Bart's Hospital, and we're turning our family fun into a fundraising run!

Our dad? He's basically the dad that every kid dreams of having. He’s funny, clever, silly and brilliant in every way and he’s somebody who makes people’s life’s better by just being a part of it. So, we're lacing up our running shoes on April 7th to show cancer it picked the wrong family to mess with! 🥊

Jessie's back from an ACL timeout, Sammy's doing the mummy juggle 11 months post-baby with a toddler in tow, Danny's shredding for his wedding in August 2024, and Matty's out to settle the score with London's roads after being carried over the finish line of the London Marathon by his brother in-law. We're basically a bunch of misfits on a mission.

From the moment our dad stepped through the doors of St Barts, the support, passion and dedication he’s received from every single member of staff has been utterly unbelievable. They’ve done and still do everything they can to support him through this so we see this as our way to give back.
