Inspired by our very own Lem Mandara, who has seen first hand (and presented to the house) the work Justice Defenders do to empower prisoners in Kenya and Uganda. The organisation gives them hope of living a better life by providing vital legal representation and advice. 

We, the mighty men of Ingram's Hall are working together to complete our very own Ironman. Can we do it? We are nervous, but it's for a fantastic cause; promise to live up to our motto: 'Ad Altiora Tendo' - 'strive for greater things.'
