Welcome to my Just Giving fundraising page! I am running the 2023 Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K for British Heart Foundation in order to raise as much money as possible to beat heartbreak forever. 

Unbelievably my 38 year old sister in law (when my brother puts a ring on it 😂) suffered a heart attack, no risk factors, and no signs   More research is needed so for this reason I am going back to road running for the first time in over 5 years!?
