I’m doing the Great Scottish Run half marathon at the end of the month and have decided to raise a bit of cash for Stroke Association in memory of my Gran who passed away last year.

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt.
