Back in 2012 myself and a couple of friends walked 150 miles to raise money for the help for heroes charity and 10 years later myself and Kyle will be attempting to do the same again.

Through my work as a Manager in dementia care i see the horrible reality of what this illness does to people and their loved ones everyday . Myself and Kyle want to raise as much money as possible for dementia uk to help support those individuals and their families and have set a target of £4,000 which i believe is possible .

We aim to walk 150 miles i  May 2023 in just under a week and between now and the leaving date will attempt to raise as much as we possibly can .
