On the 28th of April 2019 I will be running the London Marathon for two charities; Southgate Sports & Leisure Trust (SSLT) and Friends of Smyrna Home (FOSH).

SSLT: The SSLT was formed in 1996 as a registered charity to acquire and develop a site in Trent Park, North London. As a charity SSLT was able to obtain the grants that made it possible for this site to become the home of Southgate Hockey Club and more recently to replace the pitch carpets. www.southgatehc.org.uk/sslt

FOSH: Although based in the UK, FOSH is responsible for supporting the amazing work at Smyrna Home in Ooty, Southern India. From feeding programmes for the poor to rehabilitation for disabled children, Smryna Home provide vital support for the poorest individuals. www.friendsofsmyrnahome.com
