I will be Running the Great North Run on the 8th September this year to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy UK. My great friend Ryan suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and as his carer for 8 years I have seen the condition first hand. This has led me to try and raise as much funds as I can and is the reason the Great North Run is my next challenge to support the great work Muscular Dystrophy UK do. This is a bit of a two part challenge for me also as I want to give the Run my best shot and for me to do that I'm gonna have to get rid of my 'Cider Belly' and get fit and ready for September.
