Chuf's mission is to make life better for children and young people who are born with or who develop heart conditions by providing lifelong support to them and their families. Chuf supports children who receive treatment at Freeman Hospital and many other hospitals throughout the North of England.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The purpose of this page is to help raise money for part of the Alexa Mae Wilson Memorial Fund. Alexa very sadly passed away at the age of just 9 years old. In order to honour Alexa and her family I have entered the Lincoln 10k race on the 25/03/2012 in order to raise as much money as possible for Alexa's fund. The money raised online will go to the Childrens Heart Unit Fund at Freeman Hospital in Newcastle. The money raised offline will be distributed to several fantastic causes by the Wilson family, these are:

1. Childrens Heart Unit Fund based at Freeman Hospital, Newcastle

2. Childrens Heart Surgery Fund based at Leeds General Infirmary

3. Lindsey Lodge Hospice in Scunthorpe

4. Saint Lukes school for the disadvantaged and disabled also based in Scunthorpe
