Thank you! £4.50 could give a wellbeing patient access to virtual support including relaxation techniques, seated Tai Chi and fatigue management. £24.50 - could buy the resources for a child to start creating a memory box to remember a loved one. £45 - could help fund a counselling session for a patient or their loved one to support them at a challenging time. £145 - could pay for an overnight stay by Hospice @ Home nurse at a patient's home.
