Hello colleagues,

With COVID-19 leading to most running events being cancelled this year we are arranging a virtual 5km over the week of 14th September to 27th September 2020, which everyone can run/walk. 

Please record your activity using an app on your phone, your running watch or just use a stopwatch. For those at HCUK please upload a picture of your activity and/or you after the run to the hub. If you work outside of HCUK then please send these to Mike Porter at Michael.Porter@hitachicapital.co.uk. Please also donate £5 on this page to the Genetic Disorder's charity (a charity close to the hearts of some of the staff here in the UK).

We'll publish the activities and/or pictures on the HCUK website where you can vote for the activity you like the most (https://www.hitachicapital.co.uk/business-finance/asset-finance/virtual-charity-event-2020/#vote) and our monthly TeamTalk magazine. 

For the most popular pictures we'll award the following prizes and donations to a charity of choice: Gold - A Fitbit Charge 4, an EVS bag, EVS Cross Pen and Pencil set & £500 (donation), Silver - EVS Bag + A5 Branded Grey Notepad Stationary, EVS Pens & £300 (donation) & Bronze - EVS Bag + EVS Branded Pen, EVS Mobile Phone Kickstand + EVS Pen & £100 (donation).
